Tynan Murray
Project Controls

Tynan began with Gail Construction in 2021 as a builder, and slowly moved to the project controls position. Prior to joining Gail in 2021, Tynan spent the previous 12 years coaching football at all levels. He brings organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills to the project controls role. In his downtime Tynan likes to do all things outdoors, and enjoy his time with his wife, Angela, and his kids, Reeves and Tatum.
Eric Berg
Project Manager

Eric joined Gail Construction in 2015. Eric is a Wyoming native and grew up in a ranching family. He has been a building superintendent and worked in the industry for 23 years. Eric communicates construction progress with our clients at least weekly and provides day-to-day supervision of construction activities by coordinating our labor, vendors, and subcontractors to meet the requirements of the design.
Gerry Glaser

Gerry is an experienced professional with over 15 years of dedicated service in the commercial contracting field. As a Wyoming native, he brings a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the local landscape to his projects. Gerry is a family man who prioritizes his loved ones while successfully managing numerous projects throughout his career. His expertise and commitment make him a valuable asset to any team.
Madison Jackson
Business Office Manager

Madison comes back to join Gail Construction for a second run. She previously worked in our front office and returned to the same role in 2024. She brings not only years of experience to the business office manager role, but impacts our daily operations with her infectious outgoing personality. Madison handles invoicing, client relations, and everything else in between that keeps Gail Construction turning each day.
Madison is a West Yellowstone, Montana native, and has lived in Cody since 2017. Any time off for Madison is spent with her husband, Trevor, exploring the surrounding areas of Cody and Wyoming.
